Location: Greater London
Unknown is seeking an Estimator to join their pre-construction team near Swindon. The role involves pricing projects, mentoring juniors, and coordinating with the bid team on tenders up to £25m.
The candidate should have Estimator/Assistant Estimator experience in a main contractor, with knowledge of single and two-stage routes and JCT/NEC contracts. Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
