Rob Phone: A reputable Main Contractor based in East London have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

The company specialise in the delivery of top quality projects across London and the Home Counties for both private and public sector clients, on a range of projects. They work in the Commercial, Education, Industrial, Healthcare, Residential, Social Housing and Retail sectors, carrying out new build, refurbishment, fit-out, restoration and maintenance projects, between 50,000 to 5m in value.

As a business, they are very client focussed and provide sustainable and value for money projects, delivered through effective planning and communication, and a partnership ethos that builds early trust and integration with their clients.

They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager that has a proven track record overseeing multiple projects from inception through to completion for a reputable Main Contractor. Ideally, the Contracts Manager will have experience working on both new build and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors. Project locations vary, they work in and around the M25 corridor so even though their offices are based in East London, the role will require some travelling.

Experience:

Track record working for a reputable Main Contractor Experience delivering multiple projects from inception through to completion

New build and refurbishment experience across a range of sectors

Good longevity with previous employers

Excellent manager of people and able to get the best out of site teams

Happy to work on projects in and around the M25 corridor
