Programme​/Project Manager

Programme / Project Manager London £75,000 + Package Ashbys Consulting are working with a technology-focussed, agile construction business, who are looking to appoint an experienced, multi-talented, senior construction professional. This person will perform a variety of programme, commercial, logistical, and contract management duties, in a fast-paced and innovative working environment.

The company offer a cradle-to-grave service encompassing the design, planning, budgeting, procurement, production and installation of off-site manufactured modular construction projects. Using cutting edge technology and refined planning methods, they offer a highly efficient and bespoke service to a variety of private developers and housing associations across London.

You will primarily be responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the programme; developing and maintaining the programme environment to support the project team. You must have a good, proven understanding of how to plan, manage and control successful construction programmes; while also having the versatility and all-round construction expertise to effectively co-ordinate and communicate with site teams, design teams, commercial teams and suppliers.
