Our client is a globally recognised design company and a market leader within the acoustics sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced
Project Manager
to join their specialist Acoustics Division.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Project Manager who enjoys delivering projects from inception through to completion while working closely with clients, site teams, and senior management.
The RoleAs Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all secured contracts are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard. You will oversee the production and installation of bespoke acoustic products, ensuring projects are completed in line with client specifications and company expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Review and assess technical drawings and specifications for secured contracts.
- Liaise directly with clients to agree installation programmes and manage expectations.
- Organise and attend site visits and pre-start meetings.
- Ensure sites are fully prepared and ready prior to installation.
- Review and update site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Maintain accurate project documentation and manage project files through to completion.
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate the daily workload of installation teams.
- Work closely with the Operations Director to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
- Manage snagging works and ensure all issues are resolved promptly.
- Coordinate project sign-off, handover, and client satisfaction processes.
- Undertake additional project management duties as required.
- Previous experience in a Project Manager role, ideally within construction, fit-out, interiors, acoustics, or a related sector.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret and review technical drawings.
- Proven track record of managing site-based labour and delivering projects from start to finish.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and site requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Health & Safety qualification such as SSSTS, SMSTS, or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage and prioritise workloads to ensure project deadlines are achieved.
- Direct and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
- Authorise project completion and sign-off upon successful delivery.
Monday – Thursday:9:00am – 5:30pm
Friday:9:00am – 5:00pm
