- Assist with building condition surveys and produce clear, insightful reports for clients.
- Support the preparation of tender documentation - drawings, specifications and schedules of work.
- Assist with tender submissions, contractor analysis and drafting of JCT construction contracts.
- Participate in pre-contract briefings and ensure smooth project handovers.
- Carry out regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress and health & safety compliance.
- Attend client and project meetings, representing the business with professionalism and technical confidence.
- Travel to sites and client locations as required.
A relevant degree or strong working experience in building surveying. - Experience working with AutoCAD.
- Working towards or hoping to achieve RICS Chartership.
- Desirable: license to use drones on construction sites, CSCS Card.
- Full clean driving licence, access to own vehicle, and a DBS Enhanced check.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (finishing at 4:30pm on a Friday)., 25 days of holiday pro-rata (plus bank holidays). - Healthcare plan.
