ADEO Construction Services Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to deliver cost control, CVR reporting and commercial support across highways and civils projects.
You will manage control accounts with site teams, oversee subcontractors, and procure packages as progress is made. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, can work independently on mid-size projects (£1–£5 million), and excels at cost reporting, value recovery and mentoring junior staff.
