Role & Responsibilities Provide expert advice on construction, refurbishment, and compliance with building regulations across client projects
Manage building surveying projects from inception through to completion across residential, education, commercial, and healthcare sectors
Undertake site inspections and assessments to identify building defects and recommend appropriate technical solutions
Prepare detailed technical reports and supporting documentation to assist clients with informed decision making
Act as a key liaison between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams throughout project delivery
Deliver contract administration services while ensuring projects meet agreed programme, compliance, and quality requirements
Support project management activities while maintaining focus on technical compliance and timely project delivery
Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams to maintain consistent service delivery across relevant professional disciplines
Skills & Experience Required Hold a degree in building surveying with chartered status or be working towards MRICS accreditation
Demonstrate proven experience delivering building surveying projects across residential and commercial property sectors
Possess strong expertise in defect diagnosis, building inspections, and compliance with relevant UK regulations
Have experience delivering project management and contract administration responsibilities within a professional consultancy environment
Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit to support technical coordination and drawing review activities
Show excellent communication skills for managing client relationships, consultant coordination, and wider stakeholder engagement
Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple building surveying projects effectively
Demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding of successful project delivery within the London property market
Salary & Benefits Salary up to 70,000 depending on experience and professional capability
