Site Manager - Cladding & Facade Project

East London  

£250 - £375 per day + Overtime rates available + Long-Term Pipeline of Projects | Excellent Earning Potential

I'm currently representing a specialist contractor with a strong presence in the façade remediation and external envelope sector. With a significant value of secured work and a healthy project pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering long-term job security and progression.

The Project
 
Live hospital environment in East London
Removal of existing render and cladding systems
Installation of new cladding and external envelope packages
Approximately 7 month program with further projects to follow
Can have an immediate start for the right candidate  
Further projects secured and upcoming across London and the South East  The Experience You'll Need  
Previous experience managing cladding, façade, remediation or external envelope projects
Ideally experience working within hospital, healthcare, NHS or other live environments
Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
Ability to drive programme, quality and health & safety standards
Confident communicator capable of managing stakeholders on occupied sites
CISRS Scaffold Inspection, PASMA or Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor qualifications advantageous  Essential Qualifications  
SMSTS
CSCS (Black or Gold)
