• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, including RAMS and SSOW for allocated works.
• Deliver daily safety briefings and support incident investigations.
• Drive environmental compliance and sustainable practices within the package scope.
Subcontract & Interface Management
• Manage allocated subcontract packages, ensuring compliance with scope, programme, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate design and construction interfaces between subcontractors.
• Ensure subcontractor documentation and reporting meet project standards.
• Support readiness activities and escalate blockers to the On Site Logistics Manager.
Programme & Production
• Develop and manage short- and medium-term programmes aligned with overall area and project schedules.
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and apply short interval control techniques.
• Identify and mitigate sequencing conflicts within the package scope.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with programme and productivity targets.
Logistics
• Coordinate site logistics plans with the wider team and supply chain.
• Review and monitor subcontractor plans and logistics for plant, lifting operations, and resource allocation.
• Analyse package-specific logistical requirements and implement solutions.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure sequencing aligns with programme objectives.
Quality & Technical
• Oversee technical delivery and quality assurance for allocated works.
• Manage NCRs
• Collaborate with design and quality teams to resolve technical issues and meet deadlines Who we're looking for
• BSc, MSc, or BEng level qualification in a Civil Engineering or equivalent GNVQ
• CSCS•Ideally have experience within a related environment
• Eligibility to work and live in the UK
• SMSTS• Good understanding of contracts and identifying notifiable events (NEC3).
• Good general construction experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Good awareness of procurement processes and level of detail in scope documents and WI
• Managing site activities & monitoring/reporting on subcontractors performance
• Experience in multidisciplinary interfaces environment
