Conrad Consulting is working with a highly respected property and construction consultancy that is looking to strengthen its Building Surveying team with an experienced Senior Building Surveyor.

The successful candidate will join a well-established team delivering a broad range of professional and project-based building surveying services for a diverse client base.

The Opportunity You will be involved in a varied workload covering both technical and professional building surveying, with the opportunity to take responsibility for projects and develop strong client relationships.

Your role is likely to include:

Building surveys and technical due diligence

Project management and contract administration

Preparation of specifications, schedules and tender documentation

Defect diagnosis and building pathology

Dilapidations

Planned maintenance and lifecycle advice

Refurbishment and alteration projects

Client liaison and relationship management

Supporting junior members of the team About You You will ideally be MRICS qualified with several years' experience working within a building surveying consultancy.

You should have strong technical and commercial awareness, excellent report-writing skills and the confidence to manage projects and clients from inception through to completion.
