Role & Responsibilities Produce accurate and competitive cost estimates to support client decision making
Prepare cost plans across RIBA Stages 0 to 5 for residential developments
Undertake client side valuations and certification throughout project delivery
Prepare cost benefit analysis of design options to support value engineering
Review and analyse main contractor tender submissions for accuracy and compliance
Attend client and design team meetings to support project coordination
Support delivery of re cladding and fire remediation projects for high rise schemes
Maintain cost control and reporting across all project stages
Skills & Experience Required Experience in a quantity surveying, cost management, or cost planning role within consultancy
Strong background in residential projects with knowledge of construction processes
Experience working on cladding remediation or fire safety related projects
Working towards MRICS or already chartered with relevant professional accreditation
Knowledge of JCT contracts within residential developments is desirable
Proficiency in MS Office, CostX, and Bluebeam software for cost management
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and quality
Strong communication skills for client interaction and reporting
Salary & Benefits Salary range of 60,000 to 65,000 depending on experience and qualifications
