Role & Responsibilities Provide expert advice on construction, refurbishment, and compliance with building regulations

Manage building surveying projects from inception through to completion across multiple sectors

Undertake site inspections and assessments to identify defects and recommend solutions

Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation to support client decision making

Act as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure effective coordination

Deliver contract administration services ensuring projects meet programme and quality requirements

Support project management activities maintaining focus on compliance and timely delivery

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery across disciplines

Skills & Experience Required Degree in building surveying with chartered status or working towards MRICS accreditation

Proven experience delivering building surveying projects across residential and commercial sectors

Strong expertise in defect diagnosis, inspections, and compliance with UK regulations

Experience in project management and contract administration within consultancy environments

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit to support technical coordination and drawing review

Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement

Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects effectively

Commercial awareness with understanding of project delivery within the London market
