Role & Responsibilities Carry out fire surveys and assessments including EWS1 and cladding inspections across projects
Provide technical advice to clients on fire safety systems and compliance requirements
Liaise with project managers and engineers to deliver surveys in line with contractual obligations
Manage project aspects including scope, programme, cost, risk, quality, and resources
Prepare technical reports and documentation to support project delivery and compliance
Maintain strong client relationships and support ongoing project communication
Support continuous professional development initiatives within the team Ensure adherence to quality management processes and project delivery standards
Skills & Experience Required Minimum five years experience in construction with at least three years in surveying roles
Experience working with fire stopping systems and dry lining within construction environments
Professional membership such as MRICS, MCABE, MIFIREE, or MCIOB or working towards
Strong understanding of building pathology, materials, and construction methodologies
Experience working on cladding and façade projects including EWS1 assessments
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within programme and budget constraints
Strong communication skills to engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams
Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for site visits
Salary & Benefits Salary range between 48,000 and 65,000 depending on experience and level
