Chartered Building Surveyor

Chartered Building Surveyor London Area £45,000 - £55,000 + high bonus potential and benfits Ashbys Consulting are currently recruiting  for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a well-established leading firm in the UK. This company have been providing a full range of quality surveying services and advice for residential and commercial clients for over 40 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete project from initial safety, strip out or demolition through to specification, tender, project management to completion and  this position you will cover London and the surrounding areas, with work being spliut between home and trips into the office.

You will conduct a range of building surveys, condition reports and defect analysis for key commercial and residential clients. Main Duties:

Chartered Surveyor - covering the Lancashire area Liaising with key clients to confirm project work Building surveys, Condition reports and defect analysis

Tender work and contract administration

Inspections & Reports Must Haves:5 years minimum experienceA range of project experienceMRICS / Chartered Basic Salary of £45k-£60k but with an OTE of £55k-£70k there is great potential to earn great bonus with this company.
