Quantity Surveyor Super Prime Residential Knightsbridge, London A well-established and highly respected super-prime main contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a beautiful townhouse refurbishment in Knightsbridge . This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-quality, design-led project within a modern, forward-thinking business known for delivering exceptional private residential schemes across prime central London.

The Role You will take commercial responsibility for a stunning luxury townhouse refurbishment, working closely with an experienced Commercial Manager and project team. The scheme offers the opportunity to be involved from early stages through to completion, managing the commercial process on a detailed, craftsmanship-led project.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting the Commercial Manager in the financial delivery of the project Procurement of specialist subcontract packages Managing subcontract accounts, variations and valuations Cost reporting, forecasting and risk management Preparing and agreeing interim applications and final accounts Working closely with site and design teams to manage commercial performance Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and the supply chain The Company Established super-prime main contractor with an excellent reputation in the market Projects typically range from £5m £30m across prime central London and the Home Counties Known for quality, attention to detail and strong client relationships A modern, well-structured and forward-looking business investing in systems, people and long-term growth Clear commitment to staff development and career progression About You Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment Experience on high-end residential or super-prime projects is desirable, but not essential Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Good understanding of procurement and subcontract management Professional, client-facing approach Ambition to develop a long-term career within the super-prime sector This role would suit either: A QS already working in super-prime or high-end residential, or A strong main contracting QS looking to move into the luxury market.
