Rob Phone: A leading Regional Main Contractor that build, refurbish and regenerate homes and communities across the UK have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based on a large, long-term residential regeneration scheme in South East London.

The company are an innovative and ambitious business that combine their industry expertise and unrivalled local knowledge to help transform communities and leave a lasting legacy everywhere they work.

They are working on a long term regeneration scheme in South East London comprising the demolition and redevelopment of over 1000 homes, with circa 1500 new high quality, mixed tenure homes. This is a long term scheme that is well underway with many years left to run.

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team, with phase 1 due to be completed soon and work due to begin on phase 2 imminently. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to have experience working on residential / regeneration schemes, with RC frame experience.

Experience:

Ideally Degree qualified

Track record working for a reputable main contractor or residential developer

Experience working on large residential / regeneration schemes

Excellent commercial skills and awareness

Full Driving License Able to commute to South East London on a daily basis
