Senior Quantity Surveyor – South West London – Up to £85,000 (DOE)

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to work for a developer in South West London.

This developer is aiming to have a profit turnover is to be over £1.5b by 2020, their projects value up to £30m, this developer has an impressive track record with a low staff turnover, this developer specialises in new build houses and apartments.

Ideal Candidate

• 7 – 10 Years’ experience.
• BSc in Quantity Surveying or a relevant construction degree.
• Experience in Microsoft office Excel, Access and wanting to extend knowledge on software packages.
• Valid driving licence.
• CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Making sure that the SHEQ standards by the clients policies are understood and followed at all times.
• Understand their ways of working making sure that the processes are used in your daily duties.
• Acting in a professional manner in everything you do as you will be representing the company and keeping their high reputation.
