Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

Conrad Consulting is recruiting for an established multidisciplinary construction consultancy seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team in Kent.

Working across London and the South East, you will deliver project management services to a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients, managing schemes valued between £1m and £30m across both pre- and post-contract stages.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing projects from inception through to completion

Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration duties

Managing programmes, budgets, risk and project delivery

Working closely with clients, contractors and professional teams

Delivering projects across the public sector

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Supporting business development, networking and tender submissions

Identifying opportunities for future business growth

About You

The successful Project Manager will ideally have 5+ years' experience in project management, Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration roles, with a strong track record delivering public sector projects valued from £1m–£30m.

You will be commercially aware, highly organised and confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving are essential.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous but is not essential.
