The project is the redevelopment of an old, disused gasworks site; the developer is aiming to deliver 2000 units of premium apartments ranging from 1-4 bedrooms.

The successful candidate will have experience in the following:
Residential projects over 250 units
Experience working for a residential developer in a design/technical/development role Track record of technical delivery
Man-management8+ years of UK construction experience
