Location:
City of London Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 + Benefits Our client is a well-established and growing specialist contractor operating within the construction logistics, enabling works, and project delivery sector. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work across London, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in strip out and enabling works projects.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver a diverse range of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects across the capital, working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of strip out and enabling works projects from inception through to completion.
Manage project programmes, budgets, resources, and subcontractor performance.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Build and manage relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Coordinate site teams, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
Ensure all contractual and commercial obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering strip out, soft strip, demolition preparation, or enabling works projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, planning, and project controls.
Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation and industry best practice.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and subcontractor packages.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Relevant construction qualifications and certifications are desirable.
