Role & Responsibilities Deliver a varied range of professional Building Surveying services across a commercial property portfolio

Provide strategic and commercially focused dilapidations advice across instructions for a national client base Undertake Contract Administration work while managing professional surveying instructions from commencement through completion

Deliver TDD, Vendor Surveys and Pre-Acquisition Surveys across relevant commercial property instructions

Lead surveying instructions confidently while maintaining strong client communication and commercially focused advice

Manage and strengthen client relationships while supporting the continued growth of the London Building Surveying team Contribute to business development activity and help develop opportunities from the secured pipeline of work

Work across a varied mix of professional Building Surveying instructions within the established commercial property business

Skills & Experience Required Proven track record delivering professional Building Surveying services across commercial property instructions and client requirements

Strong experience providing commercially focused advice across varied professional Building Surveying work and property matters

Confidence leading instructions independently while managing client relationships throughout the surveying process

Experience with dilapidations and other professional Building Surveying instructions within commercial property environments

Ability to undertake Contract Administration, TDD, Vendor Surveys or Pre-Acquisition Surveys where relevant

Existing client connections or clear evidence of the ambition and ability to develop relationships

Motivation to contribute to business development and support growth within a recently established London team Desire for greater autonomy, influence and long-term progression within an entrepreneurial specialist property consultancy
