Location: Greater London
Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor – Rail Systems
Join an established national rail contractor and work on a strong pipeline of rail infrastructure projects across Wales, London and the South of England.
Company car or allowance, pension, healthcare, life assurance, 25 days’ leave + bank holidays
- Electrification and E&P projects
- M&E schemes and signalling
- Telecoms and power renewals
- Station and lineside improvements
- Monthly CVRs, forecasts and cashflows
- Payment applications, valuations and final accounts
- Subcontract procurement and accounts
- Compensation events, variations and change control
- Commercial risk and project reporting
- Quantity surveying experience in rail / infrastructure
- Strong NEC contract knowledge
- CVR, forecasting and reporting skills
- Rail contracting or Network Rail exposure preferred
Experienced Quantity Surveyors ready to step up into a Senior role are also welcome to apply.
