This reputable boutique consultancy firm is looking for a slick, seasoned Quantity Surveyor to work on cutting-edge, high-end projects in the residential sector, in value of up to £400 million! SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE SUCCESSFUL QUANTITY SURVEYOR:
Experience as a quantity surveyor within the property market Degree qualified in a relevant construction or property discipline. Previous experience delivering within the Residential, Commercial or Hotels/Leisure sectors. (Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment). Negotiation skills Communication skill Numeracy skills Report writing Presentation skills Proven track record at the appropriate level RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUCCESSFUL QUANTITY SURVEYOR:
