Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP QS to join our specialist team delivering major hospital and laboratory projects across the UK ranging from 20m to 2b.

You will provide MEPH cost management expertise across the full project lifecycle working closely with clients consultants contractors and the wider Cost & Commercial Management team. This is an opportunity to play a key role on high-profile healthcare and technically complex developments.

Role Accountabilities

• Deliver MEPH cost management across projects or key work packages
• Manage budgets forecasts reporting and cost control
• Support successful delivery to agreed scope programme and budget
• Identify and escalate risks and commercial issues
• Provide clear commercial advice to clients and stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with clients and external partners
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to collaboration service improvement and best practice

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in MEP quantity surveying / cost management on complex building projects
• Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to deliver projects from inception to completion
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship skills
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues
• Relevant professional qualification and/or chartered status preferred
