Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major development in Canary Wharf
.
You’ll take full ownership of a significant mechanical package worth £+40M
, leading teams from pre-construction through to successful handover.
- Managing the complete mechanical delivery of a flagship project.
- Leading and mentoring engineering and site teams.
- Reporting directly to the Project Director on progress, programme and performance.
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
- Driving quality, safety and commercial success throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
- Strong Mechanical Building Services or M&E background.
- Infrastructure and commercial new build experience
- Proven experience delivering mechanical projects valued at £15M–£20M+.
- Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to drive project performance.
- A passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
