The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading the delivery of commercial schemes, primarily CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across the UK.
Alongside working on several high-profile projects, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will help guide a couple of Graduate Quantity Surveyors and receive the necessary mentoring and support to progress towards becoming an Associate Director.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Fit-out project experience
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
MRICS preferred, but not essential
6+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Pre contract knowledge
Good communication skills
Comfortable leading a project from start to finish
