This isnt your typical construction management role. Youll be leading the delivery of projects within defence establishments, government buildings and other highly secure environments where precision, quality and compliance are paramount.
Established in 2012, our client has quickly earned an outstanding reputation for delivering complex refurbishment, fit-out and bespoke construction projects valued between£6 million and £15 million
. With a close-knit team of around 30 professionals, they offer the agility of a growing business combined with the opportunity to work on nationally important developments.

Whats on Offer?- Salary of£60,000 - £75,000
(DOE) - £5,000 Car Allowance
- 10% Performance Bonus with additional out performance incentives
