Site Manager

We're currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 Principal Contractor on a major commercial development in London. The project will be running for another 2.5 years. It is a large scale commercial build over £100million in value.

The role will have a strong focus on internal works and fit-out, so we're looking for someone with a solid track record delivering high-quality internals packages on large-scale commercial projects.

Experience working within a cut & carve / refurbishment environment would be highly beneficial, as would a good understanding of working within complex existing structures and live project environments.

Key requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 main/principal contractor
Strong background in commercial construction and internal works
Experience managing subcontractors, programmes, quality and H&S
Comfortable coordinating multiple trades and packages
Previous cut & carve, refurbishment or major redevelopment experience preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Relevant construction qualifications, including SMSTS and First Aid This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile London development with a well-established Tier 1 contractor and play a key role in delivering the internal works to a high standard.
