Role & Responsibilities Assist with delivery of building safety case works and preparation of detailed safety case reports
Support report writing and contract administration for residential high-rise remediation projects
Work closely with team leadership to deliver projects within programme and quality requirements
Support preparation of key building information for compliance and project documentation
Assist with resident liaison processes to support delivery of remediation works
Attend meetings and record key actions while understanding project requirements and context
Liaise with project teams across all stages to support coordinated project delivery
Assist with tender processes and procurement of consultants and contractors
Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Building Surveyor or Project Manager within a consultancy environment
Degree qualified in building surveying or a related RICS accredited discipline
Working towards APC, MCIOB, or similar professional accreditation pathway
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Fire Safety legislation requirements
Experience supporting building safety case reports and associated remediation works
Experience working on residential high-rise remedial or refurbishment projects
Knowledge of building pathology, diagnostics, and technical report writing processes
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for project related travel
Salary & Benefits Salary range of 45,000 to 55,000 depending on experience and qualifications
