Project:

£35M commercial cut & carve

Major M&E upgrades, façade and window works, CAT A fit-out, reception and common-area refurbishment, and full coordination of specialist subcontract packages through to completion and handover.

Role:

Project Manager

Salary:

Up to £140,000 basic salary + Competitive benefits package (Salary is DOE)

Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead the successful delivery of major fit out, refurbishment and cut & carve projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.

Provide strategic leadership across project teams, ensuring programme, commercial, quality and health & safety targets are achieved.

Manage key client, consultant and stakeholder relationships, acting as the senior point of contact throughout delivery.

Oversee procurement, commercial performance, risk management and supply chain strategy across the project.

Lead and mentor Project Managers, Construction Managers and wider delivery teams, driving performance and accountability.

Identify project risks and opportunities, implement mitigation strategies and ensure successful delivery in line with business objectives
