- Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a various commercial construction projects across primarily the public sector
- Manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are maintained.
- Prepare cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts.
- Support procurement activities, including tender analysis, subcontractor appointments, and contract administration.
- Carry out regular site visits, monitor project progress, and identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Typical project sizes ranging between £700k - £3m
- Must have Quantity Surveying experience in construction
- Experience with in large scale public sector projects would be highly advantageous
- Would consider a more junior graduate or a trainee
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
- Confident and articulate
