Construction Manager - Steel Structures
Location:
London
Salary: to £65,000 per annum
Integrate are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to join a major construction project at Old Oak Common, London.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in steel structures / structural steel installation and will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating installation teams and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor structural steel installation works on site.
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, materials and equipment.
* Ensure works are completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
* Manage and oversee RAMS, method statements and relevant site documentation.
* Carry out regular health & safety and quality inspections.
* Coordinate ITPs, inspections and requests for inspection with the Principal Contractor.
* Monitor quality and address any non-conformities or corrective actions.
* Ensure installation teams have the correct information and documentation to carry out their works.
* Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to maintain progress on site.
Requirements
* CSCS Black Card
* SMSTS
* Strong experience within steel structures, structural steel or associated installation works.
* Good knowledge of site health & safety, quality procedures, RAMS and inspections.
* Strong organisational and site management skills.
* Ability to work effectively with site teams, subcontractors and the Principal Contractor.
