• Possess a valid CSCS card.
• Hold an asbestos awareness certification.
• Demonstrate physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks.
• Exhibit a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

• Reporting to the site supervisor for daily instructions.
• Clearing and preparing the site for ongoing construction activities.
