An ambitious, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their newly open, London office near Chancery Lane.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's roleWorking alongside an Associate Quantity Surveyor, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be leading a mixture of high-end, luxury residential projects with a sprinkling of leisure, commercial, and education schemes on top.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also undertake a client facing role, and be comfortable dealing with any day-to-day technical queries.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor- MRICS is ideal
- Residential and/or commercial project experience
- PQS / Consultancy background
- Project to Senior level Quantity Surveying experience in the UK
- Comfortable leading projects from inception to completion
- Client facing
- £60,000 - £70,000
- Flexible office location
