In this energetic role, you'll assist with a variety of groundwork tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality on-site. Your proactive attitude and willingness to learn will help keep projects moving forward smoothly. Duties Assist with site preparation activities such as clearing, leveling, and excavating ground areas Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris and waste appropriately Follow safety protocols at all times, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) Help with setting up barriers, signage, and safety measures around the site Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required;

willingness to learn is essential CSCS card holder would be advantageous but not essential.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 07.00-4.30pm (45 minute un-paid break)
