Junior Quantity Surveyor Salary:
Circa £32,000 DOE

Essentially, your job will be to support the commercial delivery of a range of construction projects fromtender stage through to final account. You'll get hands-on involvement withtake-offs, tender pricing, procurement, subcontractor quotations, valuations, variations, cost reporting and project documentation with an experienced commercial team around you to help you develop. Graduate Quantity Surveyors or Junior Quantity Surveyors with up to 23 years' experience should apply. You'll ideally have: A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar Graduate-level or early-career
Quantity Surveying experience Good understanding of construction and commercial principles Ability to read drawings and specifications Strong numerical and organisational skills Confidence using
Microsoft Excel Afull UK driving licence Ability to commute to Dungiven You don't need to know everything already they're looking for someone commercially aware, organised and keen to develop. Benefits for You:
