Job InfoTake ownership of the roofing and cladding package on a major data centre development, working client side on behalf of the asset owner rather than through a main contractor. Manage programme, cost and quality across the envelope works, coordinate design information with architects and engineers, and hold contractors to standard on site. Report progress, risk and variations directly to the client team and keep the package moving to programme.
Requirements- Proven project management experience on roofing, cladding, or building envelope packages
- Experience working client side, representing the end client or asset owner rather than the installing contractor
- Strong command of programme, design coordination, and commercial reporting on large scale new build projects
