An award winning developer with an excellent reputation within the Construction industry currently have some great opportunities for Site Managers, with a number of projects around the East London area.
The company is a family built business have been around for a number of years and have a brilliant reputation for delivering new build affordable homes.
They have a number of new projects ready to commence in East London. The projects are affordable homes developments with a value of 80m scheme.
They are looking for experienced Site Managers for this development and they are ready to start interviewing now. They are looking for experience in house building, a strong track record of delivering new build residential projects from inception through to completion. With experience of RC frame, Timber frame and Traditional Construction methods. Site Manager Strong track record delivering new build residential schemes
Experience of delivering RC frame / Timber frame and Traditional build projects from inception through to completion
Experience working for a reputable house builder
Excellent all round construction knowledge
Strong man management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teams
