We are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Manager / Site Manager to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor on a complex, high-profile commercial cut & carve project
, incorporating significant structural works and elements of a listed building
.
The ideal candidate will be finishing/internal focused
, with strong experience managing internal works, multiple trades, quality and programme. You'll also need to be comfortable working alongside steelwork, structural alterations, temporary works and cut & carve activities
.
Manage internal works, finishes and subcontractors
Drive quality, programme and site delivery
Coordinate internal works alongside structural/enabling packages
Manage interfaces between existing and new structures
Work closely with the PM, design team, engineers and subcontractors
Maintain strong H&S, quality and handover standards
The ideal candidate:Finishing / Site Management experience on commercial projects
Strong CAT A / CAT B, refurbishment or fit-out experience
Comfortable with structural works, steel and cut & carve
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
