Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in construction, quantity surveying, engineering, architecture, or commercial management?
At Agilité, we're looking for a motivated and analytical Graduate Cost Estimator to join our growing UK team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience on high-profile workplace, retail and hospitality projects delivered for leading international brands across Europe.

Working alongside experienced Cost Estimators, Project Managers and our Pre-Construction team, you'll learn how to evaluate project costs, analyse commercial risks, engage with suppliers and subcontractors, and support the successful delivery of construction projects from concept to completion.

• Support the preparation of project cost estimates and budgets.
• Help analyse specifications, drawings and project documentation.
• Assist in obtaining and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Contribute to commercial and financial evaluations of projects.
• Support risk assessments and cost reviews during tender stages.
• Learn how to identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
• Participate in project reporting and financial tracking.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Pre-Construction teams on live opportunities.
• Assist with subcontractor administration and procurement activities.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality, safety and compliance across projects.
• Verify that all project activities are carried out in accordance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Curious and eager to learn.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A good command of English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Interest in construction, fit-out, and project delivery.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Recent graduates who have completed their studies within the last 12 months as well as young professionals with up to 2 years of relevant work experience, in the following disciplines:

• Quantity Surveying
• Construction Management
• Civil Engineering
• Building Surveying
• Commercial Management
• Business or Finance with a strong interest in construction

• Salary range (£ 28.000 – 35.000)
