Project Manager, Site Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of works across Brent, Kilburn and Ealing, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. This is a mobile role, balancing site inspections, client meetings and project administration across multiple locations.

• Structural retrofit works
• EICS / External Wall Insulation
• Kitchen replacement programmes

• Occupied and void social housing properties
• Experience as a Project Manager within social housing, planned works, refurbishment or retrofit
• SMSTS
• Asbestos Duty to Manage
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and quality compliance
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple work streams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage both site operations and project paperwork
