Mechanical Supervisor

My client is a leading M&E residential contractor delivering major projects across London and the Home Counties. With over 20 years of trading experience and a turnover exceeding £70 million, they have established themselves as a market leading M&E specialist.
Their projects range from £2 million to £20 million+ in M&E value, covering a wide range of major residential developments. Role & Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
 
* Managing and coordinating subcontractor labour on site.
 
* Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met.
 
* Delivering toolbox talks.
 
* Reviewing and amending RAMS
 
* Driving the job forward
 
* Overseeing all mechanical installations to ensure they meet the required standards.
 
* Ensuring works are delivered on time and to the required quality.
 
* Signing off and managing permits as required.
The successful candidate will have:
 
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Supervisor role.
 
* Experience working on large-scale residential developments.
 
* Ideally, a background within the residential M&E sector.
 
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 
* A proactive approach and a willingness to develop their career.
