Competitive, dependent on experience An established flooring contractor is looking for an experienced Flooring Contracts Manager to oversee projects across London. A strong understanding of commercial flooring is essential. You must have previous experience managing both directly employed operatives and subcontract labour. Key responsibilities will include:
Planning and scheduling flooring works Managing direct labour and subcontractors Monitoring workmanship and resolving quality issues Coordinating materials and stock Reviewing priced work to ensure projects deliver good commercial value Keeping projects progressing safely, efficiently and to programme Applicants must have a proven background within the commercial flooring industry and previous contracts or project management experience.
