The Opportunity

You'll be joining a collaborative and experienced team, taking responsibility for delivering projects from inception through to completion.
Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully, managing programme, cost, quality and stakeholder expectations throughout.
Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the delivery of construction projects across the public sector, particularly residential and education.
Managing projects from feasibility and design through procurement, construction and handover.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Managing project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting.
Coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and contractors.
Overseeing procurement strategies, tender processes and contractor appointments.
Managing project governance, stakeholder engagement and reporting requirements.
Identifying and resolving project risks and challenges to maintain successful delivery.
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate.
Contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

What I'm Looking For

I'm keen to speak with Senior Project Managers who have a strong construction consultancy background and experience delivering projects across the property sector.
Ideally, you'll bring:

Experience working within a construction or multidisciplinary consultancy.
A proven track record of delivering construction projects from inception to completion.

Experience with in the public sector, particularly residential and/or education projects.
Strong knowledge of construction procurement, contracts and project delivery.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
The confidence to lead projects independently and manage multidisciplinary teams.
Relevant degree qualification in Construction Project Management, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
MRICS, MAPM or working towards professional accreditation would be advantageous.
A proactive, commercially aware approach and genuine ambition to develop your career.
You don't need to have experience across every sector. A strong foundation in construction project management, excellent client-facing skills and the ambition to progress are equally important.
