Assistant Site Manager - Industrial New Build
Location:
Heathrow
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Package
Our client is an established and growing main contractor with a strong track record delivering industrial and logistics developments throughout the UK.
They are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a major new-build industrial/logistics project in the Heathrow area.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Manager and wider delivery team, gaining exposure to all aspects of a major industrial development and playing an important role in the coordination and delivery of the works.
Responsibilities:- Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project
- Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
- Monitoring programme, progress and quality
- Assisting with site logistics and sequencing
- Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with health & safety requirements
- Conducting inspections and maintaining site records
- Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors and the wider project team
- Supporting the project through to successful completion
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor
- Main contractor experience preferred
- Industrial, logistics, warehouse or commercial new-build experience
- Experience of steel frame construction advantageous
- Good knowledge of construction processes
- CSCS and relevant construction qualifications
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
Offer:
- £35,000 - £45,000 + package, dependent on experience
