Fitout Project Manager

Our client is a leading London-based main contractor specialising in the D&B fit-out and refurbishment of commercial buildings, with projects ranging from £500K up to £7m.

Due to an increase in workload, they are currently looking for an experienced freelance Project Manager to join the team on an initial contract basis.

You will be responsible for costing and delivering D&B fit-out projects up to £3m, working across multiple projects and sites around London. The role will be split between office and site, with a strong focus on commercial control, programme and successful project delivery.

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong D&B fit-out background, who is commercially aware and confident managing projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will need to be comfortable taking ownership of multiple projects and dealing directly with clients, subcontractors, consultants and site teams.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced freelance PM looking for a strong pipeline of work with an established D&B contractor.
