You are a capable, experienced structural engineer who wants more say over the projects you work on, not just a heavier workload with the same level of input as before.

This is a London based construction and engineering business working across a range of civil and structural projects, giving senior engineers exposure to the practical, buildability side of design that a purely consultancy based role would not offer. If you have hit a ceiling at your current firm where seniority means more responsibility but not more autonomy, this role is designed to give you both. You will lead your own projects from design through to delivery, work directly with site teams and clients, and take a mentoring role with less experienced engineers.

There is a genuine route towards principal level for engineers who want to keep progressing, with exposure to the delivery side of projects that few purely design focused roles can offer.

Salary is between 56,000 and 74,000, depending on experience.
