Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support the construction fit out on a large infrastructure project.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in major construction and infrastructure projects, with extensive experience in reinforced concrete, structural works, temporary works and architectural fit-out.
Key Experience- Minimum 10 years’ construction industry experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Sub Agent
- Construction fit-out experience
- Reinforced concrete and drainage
- Concrete walls and slabs
- Structural steel
- Temporary works
- Architectural fit-out
- Shafts and head houses
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and site delivery
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- Strong site-based construction management experience
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Attendance: 5 days per week onsite
