Remote Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000 bonus Benefits:
Comprehensive benefits package The role of Senior Estimator – Facades will involve:
· Estimator position dealing with various cladding systems such as:, wall cladding, rain screen cladding and SFS Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and tenders for facade and cladding projects Analyse drawings, specifications and project requirements to produce accurate and competitive quotations Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, negotiating costs where appropriate Identify project risks, assess material and labour requirements, and ensure all costs are accounted for Liaise with clients, contractors and internal estimating teams throughout the tender process, providing commercial and technical support Working on projects that could range in value between £2m – £35m The ideal applicant will be Senior Estimator – Facades with:
· Must have experience as an Estimator within facades
· Ideally have experience within rainscreen cladding and/or recladding experience
· Ability to work well autonomously
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· High levels of attention to detail and organisation
