Engineer / Senior Site Engineer - Permanent Manchester | Permanent | Competitive Salary Package A fantastic opportunity to join a major £60 million high-rise residential development in Manchester. We are recruiting for a Site Engineer / Senior Site Engineer to join a leading construction team delivering a prestigious 25-storey reinforced concrete (RC) frame development, comprising a basement and 251 apartments.

This is an excellent opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle, from enabling works and setting out through to quality assurance (QA), frame construction and façade installation. We are keen to speak with both established Site Engineers and Senior Site Engineers, as well as contractors currently working on a freelance basis who are looking to make the move into a permanent position.

The Role
• Carry out accurate setting out and surveying duties.
• Support the delivery of enabling works and groundworks.
• Oversee engineering activities associated with the RC frame.
• Manage quality assurance (QA), inspections and site documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site management and the wider project team.
• Monitor works against drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Support façade installation and ensure works meet the required standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain progress and quality.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety requirements. About You
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer or Senior Site Engineer within the construction sector.
• Strong setting-out and surveying skills.
• Experience working on reinforced concrete frame projects.
• Knowledge of QA procedures and construction documentation.
• Experience on high-rise residential developments would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
